An extension of the fantastic Steve's in Graham, NC. The staff here are friendly and helpful; always willing to take time to answer your questions about a cut of meat or locally made products. Some of the staff from Bacon's Meat Market are still here, which is great. The sandwiches are still delicious but it's really nice to see the expanded shopping and seating areas. I'm really excited that Steve's is now both where I live and now where I work, too!

I had a great experience - there were some items that seemed too expensive, but others were very reasonable! As usual, the staff was friendly, and went out of their way to be super helpful. Their winter salad is superb, too, totally worth it! I will return there often.

Deli subs here are fantastic. Nice selection of chips, dips, and other foods in addition to the butcher shop, but not much seating. We often pick up several to-go orders for work. Customer service has been great.

One of the Best places in Hillsborough. All the staff are Great.Richard is very willing to answer all of my questions even which bones are best for "LunaJane" (my dog) .The Pork Chops are delious and great prices too

Meats are gorgeous! All local veggies! Prices comparable to Teeter, with fresh color & texture you can see. Great selection of local cheeses, breads, baked goods & pickled stuff. Local beers, wines and ciders by the bottle. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Order a sandwich (big enough for two & perfectly put together) and wander about for sides, drinks & snacks, you'll not be disappointed!

I was in the mood for a hamburger, but didn’t want to stop at a fast food place, so I stopped here. I had always wanted to. I past this many times before, but thought it was just a butcher shop. But they had a lot more. Everything looked very fresh! They had reduced meats that still looked fresh (I got 2). I got 4 meat items total, milk, eggs, ketchup, and coleslaw (all very tasty). Brought it all home so, Now I can share what I bought with my wife. The meat kabobs were expensive, but excellent!!
